COMPOSITE PALLET BLOCKS
Composite blocks are manufactured from a blend of recycled wood
and virgin wood residues bonded using suitable glue.
The finished product replaces traditional pallet blocks made
from sawn timber and wood-pulp.
At first pre shredded wood chip is selected and all contaminants are removed,
i.e., ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, stones and grit.
Virgin wood residues are added. Combined material is milled to a suitable size.
Material is dried to required moisture level.
